Leigh is a former Process Engineer who now practices as a Strategic Advisor and Facilitator. She brings an outcomes focus to her projects, and approaches each task from a methodical viewpoint. As an engineer, she looks at the processes and techniques employed by businesses to identify where potential step gains exist and risk-causing gaps can be eliminated. She couples that approach with a strategic outlook, thinking through the elements that may be impeding growth, and brings the fresh eyes that business leaders need to challenge their current position. Management and operational experience at large industrial plants have provided her with strong exposure to best practice.
