As a qualified Civil Engineer, Matthew has worked as both a Project Manager and Project Engineer in the civil construction industry. His extensive exposure to subcontractor relations has led to insight and understanding of the operation of small and medium size enterprises. Matthews engineering training and experience has developed strong problem solving skills, which he applies to various commercial and industrial sectors through logical and analytical thinking. A particular core area of expertise is project management, which he defines as the process of “managing tasks and resources to complete a project on time and within budget”.
